Beacon Capital – Hive at Atrium Campus

WR partnered with Beacon Capital Partners to support the Hive amenity space at the Atrium Campus in Denver, creating a central hub designed to bring tenants together through shared experience. The project focused on delivering a hospitality-driven workplace environment with a mix of collaborative zones, lounge settings, and flexible work areas that encourage interaction across the campus community.

WR provided furniture solutions that balance durability with elevated design, supporting both daily use and high-traffic amenity programming. Through coordination with project partners, the space was designed to feel welcoming and adaptable, offering tenants a destination within the campus that supports connection, productivity, and a more engaging workplace experience.
