National Jewish Health
Outpatient facility designed for evolving care
A transformative new space located at NJH's main Denver campus
WR partnered with National Jewish Health, alongside Davis Partnership and Mortenson, to furnish a new 105,000-square-foot, five-story outpatient facility on their main Denver campus. The project supports increased patient capacity while expanding space for research and education, with a wide range of environments including 110 exam and treatment rooms, 22 infusion bays, provider offices, teamwork stations, and public-facing spaces such as lobbies, waiting areas, and a café.
Opening during the pandemic required a deeper level of coordination around furniture design and layout to meet rapidly evolving healthcare needs. WR delivered furniture and Encore IT services that support both immediate functionality and long-term flexibility, ensuring the space can adapt quickly as care models continue to evolve while maintaining comfort, efficiency, and performance.
