Inside Michael Best’s 62-office Denver workplace transformation.
Working with Michael Best’s national standards team, WR developed five private office typicals across 33 offices to maximize space, address storage needs, and create a more welcoming environment for collaboration and guests.
Completed with First Tracks serving as project manager, the $750,000 FF&E scope also included a 28-office expansion and furnishings for conference and shared spaces. The furniture package was coordinated with SCB’s Mountain Modern design, pairing warm materials and clean lines to deliver a refined, high-performing workplace for Michael Best’s Denver team.
