Denver International Airport
Expanding DEN airport with 23 new gates, 32 hold rooms, and a better passenger experience
Multiple concourses, one elevated passenger journey.
As a current partner with Denver International Airport, WR has supported a range of passenger and workplace projects across the airport over the past five years. For the Concourse B-East and C-East expansions completed in 2022, WR worked closely with the architect, general contractor, and DEN design team to furnish 23 new gates and 32 hold rooms, along with an outdoor terrace, comfortable seating, and charging stations that helped increase overall airport capacity by 30%.
Beyond the concourse expansions, WR has completed projects including Gates of the Future, Great Hall Phase 1 back of house, executive and customer experience suites, operations spaces, and the Security Badging Office, reflecting our ability to coordinate phased airport deliveries with logistical precision and a strong focus on guest comfort.
