WR partnered with Blue Federal Credit Union during the early stages of their 72,000-square-foot headquarters, supporting a three-floor environment designed for approximately 200 employees. The project focused on ancillary and shared spaces including meeting rooms, banquet areas, and custom executive environments, creating a workplace that balances day-to-day functionality with elevated experiences for both employees and members.
As Blue FCU continued to expand, WR’s role evolved to support both the headquarters and additional branch locations. Through close collaboration with the architect and leadership team, WR delivered tailored furniture solutions that addressed the need for privacy, flexibility, and long-term growth. A phased and highly coordinated approach ensured alignment with both design intent and operational needs, resulting in a cohesive, scalable workplace environment.
