WR partnered with Credit Union of Colorado to support the development of a growing headquarters environment designed to balance operational efficiency with employee experience. The project included multi-floor planning for a diverse range of spaces, from open workstations and private offices to meeting rooms and ancillary environments that support both daily operations and member-facing functions.
Through early engagement and close collaboration with project stakeholders, WR delivered tailored furniture solutions that addressed the need for flexibility, privacy, and long-term scalability. The phased approach allowed the space to evolve alongside organizational growth, creating a cohesive workplace that supports collaboration, adaptability, and a strong sense of internal community.
