Three floors built for focus, connection, and daily momentum.

WR partnered with Starz on the redesign of its Greenwood Village headquarters, a new-build workplace spanning approximately 100,000 SF across three floors. The project included 78 private offices, 300 workstations, cafés, lounges, and a comprehensive fitness center, creating a flexible environment that supports focused work, collaboration, employee wellness, and day-to-day connection.

In collaboration with Gensler, WR provided furniture and Encore services with a strong focus on adaptive planning, security requirements, and phased execution. Each floor carried its own color story, helping bring identity and energy into the workplace while shared cafés and lounge areas gave 400 employees more accessible places to gather and connect.
