A multi-floor workplace built brand by brand.

WR partnered with VF Corporation to support the relocation and buildout of their global headquarters, spanning 10 floors and designed to accommodate multiple brand teams within a single environment. Each floor was treated as its own project, requiring a tailored approach to meet the distinct identity, functionality, and workflow needs of each group while maintaining an overall cohesive workplace strategy.

Executing the project required careful coordination across teams, vendors, and timelines, particularly as installation was completed floor by floor. WR worked closely with VF’s steering committee, IT, and procurement teams to ensure alignment throughout the process, delivering furniture solutions that balanced design intent with operational performance. The result is a highly coordinated, large-scale workplace that reflects both the individuality of VF’s brands and the strength of a unified headquarters environment.
