WR partnered with Jacobs to implement their global Future of Work standards within a 9,000-square-foot Salt Lake City office. The project focused on translating research-driven workplace strategies into a functional, day-to-day environment, supporting a shift toward more flexible, collaborative, and efficient ways of working. WR provided furniture solutions aligned with these standards, ensuring each space reflected Jacobs’ evolving workplace vision.
A key challenge was aligning product availability and delivery with the realities of a constrained supply chain during 2021 and 2022. Our team worked closely with Jacobs to interpret their global guidelines while adapting to real-world conditions, ensuring the final environment remained true to their intent. The result is a workspace that successfully embodies Jacobs’ Future of Work approach while reinforcing a strong, ongoing partnership.
